Evolves
As Bill Fenech Moves to Damon
Ron Fenech, president of
Keystone RV Company, Goshen,
IN, announced that his brother,
Bill Fenech, executive vice-president,
has been promoted by
parent company Thor Ind., to
the presidency of Damon Industries,
Elkhart, IN, another of
Thor's subsidiaries.

Keystone is North America's
largest manufacturer of towable
travel trailers and fifth wheels.
Fenech also announced that
Jeff Rank, general manager of
the Montana and Mountaineer
brands, and Bob Martin, general
manager of the Cougar and
Hornet brands, have been promoted
to vice-president within
their respective product divisions.
Don Clark, senior vice-president
of Keystone, will continue
in his role overseeing the nine
remaining Keystone brands,
and will have additional responsibilities.
Among these, Fenech
said that Clark will be Keystone's
point person when a
single national contact is needed
to represent sales and marketing.
Fenech said, "Keystone continues
to maintain our decentralized
organizational structure.
Breaking sales into three
product groups helps us remain
close to our customers as we
continue to put the decision making
authority as close as we
can to the market."
Fenech continued, "For me
personally, not having Bill as a
part of Keystone is difficult;
however, this is a great opportunity
for him and the timing at
Keystone is perfect. Our people
are ready for their new responsibilities.
This change provides
an opportunity for everyone to
continue to grow."
HWH Welcomes New Regional
Sales Manager
HWH Corporation has
announced the appointment of
Duane Brown as regional sales
manager for Illinois, Indiana
and Michigan.
In making the announcement,
HWH President Paul
Hanser noted, “Duane’s background
and expertise will be an
asset in working with dealers
and end customers. His capabilities
mesh well with our company’s
commitment to customer
support and continuing product
excellence.”
Brown holds degrees in
marketing and psychology from
Rockhurst University, Kansas
City, Mo. He worked as territorial
sales representative and
sales manager for a book publishing
company. He owned
and operated a sports publishing
company for ten years.
Fleetwood RV Strengthers
Product Planning Department
Fleetwood RV has announced
the addition of several team
members to its Product Planning
department.
Led by Luc van Herle,
Director of Product Planning,
the team’s objective is to develop
RV products that are
designed to exceed the ever changing
expectations of
Fleetwood RV customers.
Members of the team include:
l Diego Wood, who was promoted
to Product Planning Manager
for the travel trailer division,
comes to the group with more
than 15 years of RV design
experience
l Bill Correia, who brings 26
years of product planning and
marketing experience to the
table, also joins Fleetwood as a
Product Planning Manager for
the travel trailer division
l John Weber, who comes to
Fleetwood with over 25 years of
product planning experience for
the auto industry, has been
brought in as Product Planning
Manager for the motor home
division
l Stephen Shewey, who brings
20 years of market research
experience in the consumer
packaged goods industry, now
acts as Market Information
Manager for Fleetwood RV.

Avery Dennison Graphics
Division
Names Lance Hutt
Business Manager
Avery Dennison Graphics
Division North America has
hired Lance Hutt for the position
of Business Manager,
Digital Imaging Solutions. Hutt
will have strategic and operational
responsibility of the business,
which manufactures pressure-
sensitive, adhesive-backed
media, films and banner material
for all ink jet printing technologies.
End use applications
include point-of-purchase, fleet
graphics, banners, window
graphics, backlit signage and
floor graphics.
Hutt joined Avery Dennison
in 1995 as Market Development
Manager with the International
Business Development Group in
Santiago, Chile. He has held
both business and marketing
positions with the Office
Products Division in Chile,
Argentina and the United
States. Since 2002, he led the
Small Business Communications
Group of Office Products
North America.
Newmar Hires Regional Sales
Representative
Newmar Corporation, the
Indiana-based manufacturer of
Class A Motorhomes and Fifth
Wheels, has announced the hiring
of a Regional Sales Representative.
Darin Elswick has
joined the sales team in the towable
RV product division.
Elswick brings more than 12
years of knowledge and experience
in sales and management
in the RV industry to Newmar.
"I believe Darin to be a key
piece of the Newmar puzzle as we
build and prepare for the
future,” said Jeff Cripe, Newmar’s
Director of Towable Sales.
“He is the type of individual that
can make an immediate impact
on the dealer body and will be a
difference-maker on the road to
higher goals. We are glad to have
him on board here at Newmar."
In his new position, Elswick
will be responsible for overseeing
the sales volume of the American
Star, Kountry Star, Mountain
Aire, and Kountry Aire towable
RV market in the Upper Midwest
Region and in the Southeast
Region. He will also be accountable
for dealer training, account
development, and servicing the
dealer network.
