Keystone is North America's largest manufacturer of towable travel trailers and fifth wheels. Fenech also announced that Jeff Rank, general manager of the Montana and Mountaineer brands, and Bob Martin, general manager of the Cougar and Hornet brands, have been promoted to vice-president within their respective product divisions.

Don Clark, senior vice-president of Keystone, will continue in his role overseeing the nine remaining Keystone brands, and will have additional responsibilities. Among these, Fenech said that Clark will be Keystone's point person when a single national contact is needed to represent sales and marketing.

Fenech said, "Keystone continues to maintain our decentralized organizational structure. Breaking sales into three product groups helps us remain close to our customers as we continue to put the decision making authority as close as we can to the market."

Fenech continued, "For me personally, not having Bill as a part of Keystone is difficult; however, this is a great opportunity for him and the timing at Keystone is perfect. Our people are ready for their new responsibilities. This change provides an opportunity for everyone to continue to grow."
