The traditional format for this event is where aftermarket suppliers set up their displays in hotel rooms and meet with warehouse distributors by appointment to discuss programs and place orders for products for the upcoming season. According to Jim Stanley, executive director of WDA, it's an extremely efficient and cost effective way for suppliers and distributors to meet and it is especially beneficial to new suppliers to the RV industry. He said, "Instead of traveling around the United States and Canada, suppliers can see all the major distributors in one location and meet with the key people who they may not be able to see if visiting the distributors' headquarters."
