Web Site Management, Inc. (WSM), publishes RV NEWS Magazine. WSM acquired RV NEWS in 2005 from its founder, Dan Holt (D&S Media Enterprises) who had printed hard copy versions of RV NEWS from 1975 to January 2005, and an on line version since 1995. Beginning February 2005, RV NEWS converted to the on line version only. WSM president Don Magary has been associated with RV NEWS since 1986 serving as editor from 1986 until 2003.

Holt and Magary, founded WSM in 1995 and helped pioneer the Internet as a marketing tool for RV Industry companies through its web site RV America (rvamerica.com), and started publishing an online version of RV News on the Internet in December 1995.

Holt retired in 2005 and Magary acquired Holt's interest in Web Site Management, Inc., and also purchased the rights to RV News.
