Here's an exciting new portable satellite system for RVers that makes setting up at the campground easier -- and at the same time it gives RV dealers and parts and accessories stores a new profit opportunity.

Developed by Universal Satellite Alignment Mounting System (USAMS), the heart of the patented system is a mount for the portable dish that takes the guess work out of finding and aligning the dish to the digital satellite. Within a few minutes after reaching the campsite, an RVer can be watching his or her favorite programs.

USAMS offers the product both as a complete system including the satellite dish, programming packages and the versatile mount, or the mounting system alone as an upgrade to an existing dish. A basic mounting system consists of self-storing stabilizer legs for mounting on hard surfaces--concrete, blacktop or hard ground. And there is also an adjustable patented steel stake with a unique locking system for alignment which can be driven into any type of ground, flat or sloped. A four-point spring leveling system allows your customer to fine-tune and level the system using the self-storing bubble level and compass. The mast and mast clamp for the dish are mounted on a ball bearing swivel plate which is attached to the spring mounting system. A Mylar azimuth is attached to the upper plate for easy alignment. To lock the system into position simply tighten the set screw on the swivel plate. USAMS is easily and quickly deployed for use and just as quickly retrieved for storage.

If your customer already has a dish, they can use their dish on a basic mounting system. Or they can buy the deluxe unit which consists of the basic unit plus a completely self-storing dish, arm and LNBF, RG6 5' jumper cable and 75' feeder cable with waterproof connectors and fittings and a storage bag.

It's everything needed except the receiver and programming which can be purchased through the dealer with a single phone call to USAMS. USAMS will ship the pre-activated unit directly to the dealer or to your customer. USAMS can provide sy  stems for homes, RVs, cabins or any other remote getaway.

The system requires no tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches or pliers, and is fully self-contained including the mount, the dish and all the cable assemblies and fits compactly in its own storage  bag with handle for easy transport and storage. All components are made in the USA.

Additionally, USAMS is also developing a bracket that will allow the current USAMS system to be placed on most RV ladders without requiring drilling holes or adding roof attachments. The unit folds down and stores in a low profile, aerodynamic configuration on the roof for travel. USAMS can be removed from the bracket and deployed on the ground in its usual fashion with stake or set on a campsite picnic table, using an ordinary C-clamp. Windy conditions and accidental bumps will not disturb the unit because of its unique stake and leveling system.

USAMS mounting system and its ancillary products can provide the RV industry sales and service, a means of providing affordable, high grade products for their customers with the opportunity of themselves receiving profits and commissions, or simply using USAMS as an incentive to help close the sale on an RV.

USAMS also offers a very broad range of components and services including programming, receivers, antennas, cable assemblies, weatherproof connectors, splitters, couplers, diplexers, modulators, switches, signal finders, installation kits and more. USAMS cable assemblies and connectors are engineered and manufactured especially for USAMS by the industry's leading manufacturer and supplier to the Cable TV, satellite and Telco industries. The USAMS 18" dish satellite system is compatible with all programming receivers from Direct TV or Dish Network.

Unlike tripods and large-based products that have no means of leveling and stability in their designs, the USAMS system can be used in any set of circumstances that an RVer might encounter in his or her travels.
