 March 1996Monsanto Introduces Breakthrough Odor Control TechnologyA patented, new odor control technology found exclusively in Enviro-Chemr Complete Holding Tank Treatment has been introduced by Monsanto Enviro-Chem Systems, Inc., a division of Monsanto Company. The new technology, known as Exosite, reacts with existing odorous molecules rendering them odorless and prevents the formation of new odors by chemically stabilizing waste. In addition, Enviro-Chem Complete Holding Tank Treatment, which is formaldehyde-free, breaks down waste and tissue, functions as a lubricant for drain valves, and cleanses the holding tank leaving a light, fresh fragrance. RBW Offers Four Corner Slide-Out
RBW Industries, Inc., a leader in innovative products for the RV industry has developed a new Four Corner ACME Slide-Out system for RV manufacturers. The new systems allows the user to add additional room while confining the entire slide-out mechanism to the slide-out room. Added system features include: building the room with a tapered roof for superior water run-off, while maintaining a square inside for more accurate cabinet fitting. Simple slide-out retrofitting allows the manufacturer to make the slide-out room off-line. A&E Slide Topper Solves ProblemThe problem with RV slideout units is that when the slideout is retracted, the mess from the outdoors goes with it - straight into the RV's interior. A&E has developed a solution. The new A&E Slide Topper is similar to an awning and mounts permanently on the vehicle's sidewall and the slideout section, providing a protective cover. The Slide Topper extends and retracts automatically with the movement of the unit, so whatever is out there stays out there. The Slide Topper fits any size slideout up to 16 feet wide and projecting up to 44 inches. It is made of vinyl with a durable laminated matching vinyl weathershield. The Elite model adds a wraparound satin-finish extruded aluminum weathershield. A wide fabric projection on the sides of the Slide Topper maximizes protection, and keeps out wind-blown debris from the top of the slideout. The large mounting brackets provide secure anchoring to the slideout frame members to assure positive, trouble-free operation and the hardware design allows adjustment up to two inches on each side to accommodate various slideout detailing. Flowmaster has developed a four piece Universal Tailpipe Assembly. Rotating the combination of angles on these four pipes allows you to fit 90% of all trucks, vans and RVs.
