CrownClub – A Crowning Achievement
Lazydays takes Customer Service
to the Next Level
by Bob Zagami, Editor
When we did a feature issue dedicated
to Lazydays and their 25th Anniversary
back in May 2001, they were a
$566 million dollar company with a mission
and vision to become the first one
billion dollar dealer in the RV industry.
They just finished 2003 with $750 million
and delivered 8,842 units, moving
even closer to their goal.
They have come out the gate with a
record January that produced $97 million
dollars in sales and delivered 1,075
units to their satisfied customers. If
you project those kinds of numbers
through the balance of this year, they
will once again shatter their historical
high sales for 2003 and will put them
real close, if not over, their billion dollar
plan.
How do they continually push themselves
to succeed in such a competitive
industry? One word says it all:
Innovation. This company just refuses
to stand still and wait for things to happen.
Instead, they make things happen.
And just when you think they’ve done it
all, they unfold the newest chapter in
their book of success.
This time it’s their CrownClub for
luxury motorhome prospects and customers.
The gala grand opening ceremonies
and reception took place March
1st – 4th, at the popular Seffner, Florida
destination RV resort and dealership.
How trite it is to say "you have to see
it to believe it", but trite as it may be,
that’s the reality of what they have
unveiled with the CrownClub. They
have taken customer service to the next
level and this will be the yardstick that
customers will use when evaluating their
RV purchase decisions and their perception
of what they want when considering
a major investment in a luxury motor
coach.
