New TwinTemp Introduced

PrecisionTemp, Inc. introduced its innovative TwinTemp at the National RV Trade Show in Louisville. This combination water and space heating system caps the "Complete Comfort on the Move” initiative from PrecisionTemp’s RV Division. The TwinTemp joins the RV-500 water heater as the way to take the comforts and conveniences of home on the road.

The PrecisionTemp TwinTemp is the only propane fired combination heating system developed for recreational vehicles. Now all motorhomes, fifth wheels and even travel trailers can have the comfort and convenience of zoned space heating and endless hot water previously available only in diesel pushers. Coach manufacturers and dealers agree that this is a great alternative to the less efficient, lower capacity tank water heaters and loud inefficient forced air furnaces.

The TwinTemp weighs less than half as much as diesel systems, a savings of more than 100 pounds. It installs quickly and easily in the basement, requiring no sidewall penetration. Its compact size and accessories make this unit a great space saver. Heat is carried by small diameter water lines, not bulky air ducts, which allows for consistent heating even in slide-out rooms.

Easy to operate and maintain The TwinTemp requires no scheduled maintenance. Quiet, efficient zone space heating eliminates drafts, cold spots and noise. Builders can opt for forced air or radiant space heat. A continuous flow of hot water allows the user to quickly fill a tub or take an “endless” shower. All this plus the exclusive PrecisionTemp HotTap that provides piping hot water from its own tap to instantly prepare soups, coffee, hot chocolate and more.

This American made system is computer controlled for precise temperatures, energy conservation and safety. The installation is straightforward with modular construction for ease of servicing.

New Cleaning Product a Wiz for RV Owners

Before and After Photos

A problem solved for a commercial car wash operation has led to a new and effective product to clean recreation vehicles from top to bottom and inside and out.

Recently introduced, Wizards RV Wash blends cleaning agents in a single new formula that cleans RV roofs, sides, wheels, windows, and inside surfaces like carpeting, wood paneling, cupboards, and vinyl. Typically the RV owner leaves the dealer’s store with an arm load of different cleaners for use on different areas of his vehicle – wheels, sides, roofs, interiors. These cleaners are based on traditional formulas, but in different concentrations. Now, with a single cleaner purchase, the RV owner can cleanse black streaks on the sides of his unit, rubber roof tops, carpeting, vinyl floors, painted surfaces, wood paneling – the whole RV, even awnings and shower stalls.

AEC’s M20020 Protects Appliances

Automated Engineering Corp. released a new digital monitor unlike any existing monitors offered today. With a list price of less than $70.00 the M20020 leads the market in features and value propositions. If you need to protect your appliances, computers, audio video and DVD technology, and other devices today that are most dependent on clean power, you need to plug the M20020 into your AC receptacle before going to bed. The monitor, using the state-of-the-art microprocessor electronics, calculates the True RMS value of the power your devices are receiving. Should the M20020 identify dangerous voltage levels an LED will light and an audible beeper will alert you of the potential danger.

This AC Digital Line Monitor/Alarm has an easy to read backlighted display that can alert users if voltage variations become harmful to the appliances. Audio, video, GPS, CCTV and other devices are now more sensitive to fluctuating voltage created by solid state generators, inverters, and UPS. This small digital monitor (3x2x1.4) provides outlet surge voltage protection with audible alarm along with bright Red led indicator, wiring diagram information on 3-pole outlet, and one button interface to toggle to much more information.
