Telljohann
Eric Telljohann

Eric Telljohann has been named president of the Bank of America Specialty Group and John Fulmer has been named national sales manager for the B of A unit that provides commercial and indirect retail lending to RV and marine dealers and manufacturers.

Telljohann, a 13-year financial services veteran has been with Bank of America for seven years, including 3 years in the Specialty Group.

John Fulmer, who has been with B of A for 28 years will have oversight over sales to RV and marine dealers, broker/service company relationships, product development/manufacturer sales, marketing and e-commerce.

Herdeman

Jim Herdeman has joined Watts Industries, Inc. in the position of vice president of marketing for the firm's North American operations. With more than 20 years of marketing and management experience he brings significant technical knowledge gained in radiant cooling projects he spearheaded worldwide to his new position.

Bilger
Edward Bilger

Leclere
Igor Leclere

Edward Bilger and Igor N. Leclere have been appointed to the management team at Bostik Findley, Inc.

Bilger becomes manager of engineering for the global maker of specialty adhesives, sealants and lubricants. He will have overall responsibility for managing capital expenditures, as well as an oversight role with regard to the company's safety and government compliance programs.

Leclere is now marketing manager for the company's con   struction and distribution division, where he will oversee all sales and marketing initiatives. He will supervise product management, technical service and advertising and promotions. 

NTP has appointed Thomas M. Murphy as marketing manager. Murphy brings more than 25 years marketing, merchandising, advertising and promotions experience to his new position. He will focusing the RV parts and accessory distributors positioning in the RV industry as well as planning the firm's vendor/dealer conference and other promotions. Murphy is the author of Successful Selling for Introverts a sales training book.

Terry Goddard has been named mid-west sales supervisor for NTP. Goddard brings more than 14-years experience with StagParkway to his new position.

Farmer

Mike Farmer was named vice president of sales and marketing at Thetford/Norcold. Farmer comes to the firm after a 23-year career at General Electric. He joined GE as a  sales representative and steadily worked his way up, gaining local, regional and national account responsibility. Most recently he was general manager of GE Lighting's largest product line, the incandescent product group.

Gonzalez

Pablo Gonzalez has joined Thetford/Norcold as RV OEM sales representative in the Elkhart, Indiana region. He will assist in servicing the Elkhart area manufacturers who utilize Thetford permanent toilets and Norcold refrigerators.

Prior to joining Thetford/Norcold, Gonzalez was a sales representative for Kevco, a supplier of electrical and plumbing equipment, and Femco, a supplier of industrial chemicals.

Murray

Andy Murray has been promoted to the position of assistant general manager of Coachmen RV's Indiana division, where he will have a wide range of responsibilities including the management of product development, accounting, cost accounting and engineering.

Murray will continue to serve as a key member of Administrative Council, which is Coachmen RV's venue for planning the company's continuous improvement and brand management strategies. He joined Coachmen Industries in 1994 as an engineer at Prodesign, a fiberglass composite and plastic parts maker.
