OSI Software has introduced Deal-Pro Scout, a ales prospecting and customer follow-up system specifically designed for the RV industry. Deal-Pro Scout lets you track everything about a prospect. Sales management tools help every salesperson maximize their sales potential. Each salesperson has a personal calendar for scheduling calls and appointments and maximizing the use of their time. By helping the sales department to effectively work all leads, communicate with each prospect, and analyze all traffic, Deal-Pro Scout generates more sales.

Deal-Pro Scout handles all of the details to insure superior customer follow-up on an on-going basis. With Deal-Pro Scout, the dealership demonstrates to the customer that it cares about them from the moment they make their initial inquiry and purchase to the next time they're in the market for a new vehicle.

Truly a state-of-the-art product, Deal-Pro Scout is a 32 bit application that utilizes the Microsoft Office family of products to deliver powerful and flexible management tools to the dealership. Deal-Pro Scout comes with many ready-to-use letters and reports. All letters in the system use Microsoft Word and the reports use Microsoft Access. The user can easily modify existing letters and reports, or create new ones through the system.

The dealer's customers are pre-loaded in the system as well as all residences in the dealership's marketing area. A dealership can begin using the dealership follow-up program immediately. Deal-Pro Scout requires Windows '95 or Windows NT operating system and 12 MB RAM to operate.
