| Frank |
Brian Frank has joined Workhorse Custom
Chassis as vice president of sales and marketing. He will oversee Workhorse marketing
efforts as well as parts operations, dealer operations, government and international
sales, RV sales, and commercial sales. Frank's educational background includes a Master of
Business Administraton-Finance from the University of Wisconsin, and a Bachelor of Science
in Industrial Operations from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining Workhorse,
Frank spent eight years at Safety-Kleen Corp. where he held several top level management
positions. |

| Hosterman |
Craig Hosterman has joined Taig-Martin,
Inc. as account manager for Workhorse Custom Chassis and other agency clients. Prior to
joining this Elkhart, IN based advertising and public relations agency, Hosterman was the
account manager for a major RV manufacturer. Beginning his advertising career after more
than 20 years of teaching college level communications, he brings 8 years' experience in
marketing RVs, health care, and fast foods to his new position. Hosterman has a Ph.D from
Kent State University and a B.A. from Ball State. |
| Ray Fundora has
been named general manager for Truck Accessories Group's (TAG) Leer Midwest Division where
he will be responsible for operations. Prior to joining Leer Fundora held positions as COO
and GM at Seven Seas Spas, director of marketing and sales product development manager at
Dacor Corp. He earned an MBA in marketing from DePaul University, a BS in physics from
North-eastern University and an A.S. in mechanical engineering from Wright College. |
| Tom Kauble has
been appointed director of engineering at TAG. In his new position he will be resonsible
for all aspects of engineering, both design and process, for the manufacturer of truck
caps and tonneau covers. |

| Lodes |
Joel Lodes has been recognized as the 1998
Country Coach salesperson of the year. This is the 4th time Lodes, a top salesman at Lazy
Days RV SuperCenter in Seffner FL, has won this recognition. Lodes began his RV career 26
years ago, and has been named top sales representative of the year several times by Lazy
Days. |
| Tom Rost has been appointed
account manager for the GM Truck Group, Chevrolet, Blue Bird, Isuzu and Caterpillar
accounts for Allison Transmission. Also at Allison, Mark Howerton has been
named account manager for Ford, Chrysler and Cummins. |
| Bob Creasman has joined
Hi-Lite Safety Systems as operations manager. In his new position he will oversee the
company's customer relations as well as overall operations. Creasman will also work with
fleet operators, distributors, truck stops and other customers in developing distribution.
He has more than 26 years of corporate management experience. |

Chamberlain |
Larry DenOtter and Ran
Chamberlain have been named regional sales managers in the east and west regions,
respectively, for Thetford/Norcold. DenOtter previously was sales coordinator, while
Chamberlain served as sales manager of marine and truck markets. Each will supervise five
regional salesmen. |

Davidson |
Diane Davidson was named
manager of national acounts. Her responsibilities include the coordination of Thetford/
Norcold's RV service and training schools. |

Uhrig |
Greg Uhrig has been named
Thetford Corporation's 1998 salesman of the year. Uhrig jined the Thetford/Norcold sales
deparment in 1997. He services RV manufacurers, distributors and retailers in laska,
Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. |

Humphrey |
Hans Humphrey has joined the
Thetford/Norcold sales department. He will service RV manufacturers, distributors and
retailers in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming. |
